Our Campus Placements Program

Indira Training and Placement Cell (ITPC) - Campus Recruitment Process
  • The ITPC invites prospective companies, organizations, and industries between June (Tentative) and August (Tentative) of every academic year, providing all relevant details to facilitate campus recruitment. Organizations may also directly contact the institute’s Chief Training & Placement Officer to discuss their hiring requirements.
  • Final-year students’ details will be shared with companies/organizations based on their specific requirements. A mutually convenient date for the campus recruitment process will also be proposed.
  • Companies/organizations may confirm the proposed date or coordinate with the Training and Placement Coordinator to finalize a mutually convenient schedule.
  • Once confirmed, a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) will be organized on the scheduled date. The company will then conduct assessments such as written tests and/or group discussions to shortlist interested candidates. If needed, telephonic interviews or video conferencing interviews can be arranged.
  • After shortlisting, the company will conduct final interviews and is encouraged to announce the results on the same day to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Companies that announce results immediately after interviews will be given preference for early campus interview slots in the following academic year.
  • Note: Organizations that require additional interview rounds at their office must complete the final selection process within one week of the campus recruitment drive.
